Action South Africa’s candidate for mayor of Ekurhuleni, Xolani Khumalo, has issued a daring statement in which he accuses the leaders of the Government of National Unity (GNU), which is comprised of the African National Congress (ANC) and the Democratic Alliance (DA), of being the “greatest criminals” in the country. During an interview with the media, Khumalo stated that the fight against corruption will not be successful as long as people in power continue to protect one another and ordinary South Africans continue to suffer.

According to Khumalo, “the most heinous criminals are not hiding in the shadows; rather, they are in the GNU, which includes the ANC and the DA.” His remarks have caused a significant amount of discussion on the internet, with many people acknowledging that his statements are indicative of the growing dissatisfaction of citizens with the current state of governance and corruption.

Khumalo, who was just recently announced as ActionSA’s mayoral candidate for Ekurhuleni, has successfully established a solid reputation as a staunch advocate for the prevention of criminal activity. Sizok’thola was a television program that exposed drug dealers and criminal networks. Khumalo, who is known for his brave work as the previous host of the program, has pledged to bring the same level of dedication to his political campaign.

He stated that his primary objective is to clean up the city of Ekurhuleni by addressing both the corruption that exists within official institutions as well as the crime that occurs on the streets. According to Khumalo, the people of South Africa have been let down by leaders who declare their commitment to integrity yet continue to benefit themselves through the use of public resources. He went on to say that it was impossible for us to combat crime on the streets if the true criminals were sitting in government offices.

Khumalo has stated that he will work towards the establishment of an administration that places an emphasis on accountability, service delivery, and safety. He has committed to establishing a law enforcement agency with the mission of safeguarding communities from the dangers of drug trafficking and gang violence, as well as cleaning up the city.

ActionSA has expressed its unwavering support for Khumalo, stating that he exemplifies a new generation of leadership that is not afraid to challenge the leaders of the political establishment. A fierce tone has been added to his campaign as a result of his statements against the GNU, which have positioned him as a candidate who is willing to take on both criminals in the streets and corruption in high places.
