Kaizer Chiefs are set to face Chippa United at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Wednesday evening, with their expected starting eleven showing four changes from their last match.

The changes come after injuries to Bradley Cross and Gaston Sirino, who both left the previous game early. Pule Mmodi and defender Inacio Miguel are also expected to be replaced, with Miguel’s position under particular scrutiny from supporters.

The predicted lineup is: Bradon Petersen in goal; a defense of Dillan Solomons, Zitha Kwinika, Given Msimango, and Paseka Mako; a midfield of Sibongiseni Mthethwa, Lebohang Maboe, and Mduduzi Shabalala; and an attacking trio of Asanele Velebayi, Mfundo Vilakazi, and striker Etiosa Ighodaro.

Chiefs are seeking their first win in three matches across all competitions but are undefeated in their last five league games. They face a Chippa United side that is last in the league, with only one win in 14 matches and now under their third coach of the season.
