The Sheriff of the Court has been dispatched to locate and enforce a payment order against media personality Somizi Mhlongo and his production company, Search Light (Pty) Ltd, after the company reportedly failed to pay employee salaries.
According to court documents, Search Light was ordered to settle salary arrears owed to several former staff members following a labour dispute over unpaid wages. Despite the ruling, the company has allegedly not complied, prompting the sheriff to initiate execution proceedings.
