South African actress and business mogul Connie Ferguson’s luxurious Poortview mansion in Johannesburg has reportedly been listed for sale, with an asking price of R50 million. According to a source speaking to Daily Sun on 17 April, the property appears on Property24 as “Price on Application.”

Ferguson, a celebrated television icon and co-founder of Ferguson Films, has not publicly addressed the reported sale. The move comes after she recently warned fans about fraudulent schemes misusing her name, clarifying that she is not involved in cryptocurrency or online investment ventures.

The sprawling estate boasts six bedrooms, five bathrooms, 11 garages, 13 shaded parking spaces, and a private shooting range. Additional luxury features include two swimming pools, a home cinema, and a super tube slide.

Known for producing hit shows like The Queen and Kings of Jo’burg, Ferguson has also made strides in philanthropy through the Ferguson Foundation, which supports emerging leaders in business, education, and film.

While rumors swirl about the mansion’s sale, no official confirmation has been released. Fans and industry observers await further details on this potential high-profile property transaction.
