South African R&B fans have been dealt another disappointment as Keyshia Cole’s long-awaited tour has been officially canceled – marking the third failed attempt to bring the US star to local stages.

Event organizers Glen21 Entertainment confirmed the cancellation on Thursday, April 17, 2025, ending months of uncertainty surrounding the rescheduled dates. The “Love” singer was slated to perform at Carnival City’s Big Top Arena (April 26), Pretoria’s SunBet Arena (April 27), and Cape Town’s GrandWest Grand Arena (April 28).

The cancellation follows Cole’s team requesting another postponement to align with her upcoming international tour commitments. This latest setback continues a pattern of delays that began in September 2024 when the tour was first pushed to January 2025, then rescheduled again to April after wildfires destroyed Cole’s Los Angeles home.

Promoters expressed frustration with the repeated changes, stating they could no longer accommodate further date adjustments due to growing logistical complications. “We’ve exhausted all options and regretfully must cancel,” said a Glen21 Entertainment representative. “We sincerely apologize to the fans who’ve waited patiently through multiple postponements.”

Refund processing will begin immediately, with ticket holders receiving detailed instructions via email by April 25. The promoter emphasized that all purchases will receive full reimbursements through the original payment methods.

This marks Cole’s third unsuccessful attempt to tour South Africa, leaving fans questioning if they’ll ever see the platinum-selling artist perform live in the country. The cancellation has sparked mixed reactions on social media, with some expressing sympathy for Cole’s personal challenges while others criticize the repeated disruptions.

Glen21 Entertainment confirmed they currently have no plans to reschedule the tour, effectively closing the chapter on this long-delayed concert series.
