A 32-year-old Durban businessman was fatally shot in Umhlanga this afternoon.
The victim was discovered inside his Toyota Hilux in a parking lot on Meridian Drive, with his vehicle riddled by at least 20 bullet holes. He sustained fatal gunshot wounds to the head, neck, and abdomen.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing a black BMW X5 and a black Ford Ranger speeding away from the scene shortly after the attack.
Police are investigating the incident.
