The African National Congress (ANC) has staged a stunning comeback in Msunduzi’s Ward 2 (Sweetwaters), capturing 51% of the vote in the latest poll and overtaking both the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) and the Umkhonto we Sizwe (MK) movement.
