Images of Edwin Sodi’s R100 million property in Bryanston, which is currently trending on social media, can be seen everywhere. He was led to believe that he was one of the wealthiest businesspeople in South Africa by a con artist. It is safe to say that he is filthy rich, and he does not hesitate to spend his money in order to acquire the finest goods that are available to him.

Edwin Sodi is a well-known business tycoon, but he has also been criticized for his shady business dealings. These dealings have brought him a lot of negative attention. Recent reports have focused a lot of attention on his interactions with several ladies. The accusations that he was associated with IT females were finally put to rest when he just married his longtime girlfriend, putting an end to all of the drama that he caused.

After his exclusive wedding, which was attended by A-list celebrities and politicians from South Africa, many people are curious as to where he is staying late at night. There are whispers going around that he has moved into one of the houses that he has previously listed for sale. At the time, the Bryanston mansion had a price tag of R85 million, which was equivalent to R650 per month. The property was listed for sale by Hamiltons Property. Let’s go take a peek around one of the most costly mansions in Mzansi, shall we?

The land covers an area that is greater than 3,500 square meters. Because of the cutting-edge design of its buildings, it stands out among its contemporaries.

The mansion features a number of swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor. Infinity pools are available as one of the options for the outdoor pools. It’s fascinating to learn that the garage can accommodate up to 14 vehicles.

The estate features five bedroom suites in addition to two master guest bedrooms, all of which are decked out with furniture from renowned designers. The open-floor concept and gourmet kitchen are particular points of pride for the mansion. It offers a lot of patios that look out onto breathtaking scenery.

For your entertainment, there is a movie theater with 12 seats and a games room. In addition to that, it features a sophisticated wine cellar as well as a bar that serves cocktails and is fully operational. It is noteworthy that the house, which is contemporary and fully computerized, contains staff quarters for the individuals who work there because these suites provide privacy and convenience. The home also includes a guardhouse as a component.

The price of the residence has been listed in multiple real estate advertisements at somewhere around R100 million. While Sodi paid a staggering R40 million for it in 2014, after extensive renovations, it has been transformed into one of the most luxurious residences in Mzansi.

Now, let’s take a look at his vast commercial enterprise, shall we? Because of his extravagant spending habits, his net worth is becoming a topic of discussion. It is anticipated that he will have a net worth of R620 million in 2022. He is a well-known farmer in Ruimsig, Pretoria, and his land is estimated to be worth roughly R8 million.

In addition, Sodi is the owner of a business known as Base Property Holdings, which is in possession of a R60 million mortgage bond. It is interesting to note that he is reportedly in charge of more than forty different private enterprises.
