The unfortunate incident shocked the industry, with many now fearing for their lives, says an actor who doesn’t want to be named. “An assistant make-up artist is allegedly dead and the second name is not revealed yet, as a result of the food poisoning incident, that left the entire production, producers, Wadrobe and makeup department, including cast and the industry very scared.
