Thobile faced criticism for siding with her husband

By aligning herself more closely with her husband, Thobile is not only prioritising their marriage but also acknowledging the importance of unity and solidarity within a relationship. It is often said that a strong partnership requires both individuals to work together towards common goals and support each other’s happiness.

Thobile’s decision to invest her time and energy into her relationship with her husband can be seen as a strategic move to strengthen their bond and create a harmonious environment for their family.

Critics may argue that Thobile is compromising her own individuality and independence by aligning herself so closely with her husband.

However, it is important to note that a healthy relationship involves compromise and mutual support. Thobile’s choice to prioritise her husband’s happiness does not necessarily mean that she is neglecting her own needs or desires.

In fact, it can be argued that by nurturing her relationship with her husband, she is also ensuring her own well-being and fulfillment. The term “pick me” has been used to criticise Thobile, suggesting that she is desperate for her husband’s attention and validation.

However, this label fails to acknowledge the complexity of Thobile’s decision-making process. It is unfair to reduce her actions to a mere desire for approval.

Thobile’s choice to align herself with her husband is a conscious decision based on her understanding of the importance of prioritising their marriage.

Furthermore, the claim that Thobile is following Mseleku solely because she believes he will treat her better than the other wives is a simplistic and reductionist view.

It disregards the fact that Thobile is an independent woman capable of making her own choices. It is possible that Thobile aligns herself with Mseleku because she values his leadership qualities, his ability to make sound judgments and his commitment to their family.

By aligning herself with someone who exhibits logical reasoning, Thobile is making a strategic decision to create a stable and fulfilling life for herself and her family.

I swear Mseleku is stupid when it comes to decision making and Makhumalo just follows because she knows he will treat her better than the other wives #UthandoNesthembu
