In a powerful display of resilience and camaraderie, learners in Nkandla, northern KwaZulu-Natal, are seen helping each other navigate the swollen waters of the Nkunzana river. The heartwarming images capture a community coming together in the face of challenging conditions brought on by heavy rains that have not only claimed lives but also ravaged vital infrastructure, including bridges.
