The Minister of the department of Social Development Lindiwe Zulu and her Deputy Minister Bogopane-Zulu Taking Their Internal Battles To The Streets.

Social Development Deputy Minister Hendrietta Bogopane-Zulu disagrees with Minister Lindiwe Zulu’s account of events. Bogopane-Zulu says she was never informed about the way that tender was concluded or the approval of Vodacom.

Minister Lindiwe Zulu and her deputy face off about the GBV command centre’s collapse. Minister Lindiwe Zulu denied her deputy’s claims that the centre no longer offered services that were provided when Vodacom was still the service provider.
