A woman from Mihlali’s hometown who was friends with Leeroy set them up on a video call when she was out of town for business, according to Mihlali.
Later, the pair went on their first date in Cape Town, where they dined at a restaurant with a beach view and then visited a well-known club.
In an interview with Nounouche, Mihlali, who leads a private life, said she wished her relationship had not come to light with a scandal attached to it, but she was not bothered by people’s opinions.
It was also alleged that Leeroy left his wife and kids for Mihlali.
