Who will take Cyril Ramaphosa’s Place as President if the ANC loses the next election?

The 2024 Elections are coming and it will give South Africans a chance to choose which political party they want in power. While it’s possible for the ANC to win again and for Cyril Ramaphosa to remain the President. The ANC are currently doing a number of things wrong. This leaves us with a question, If the ANC loses the election next year, who will take Cyril Ramaphosa’s place as President.

John Steenhuizen :

If the DA wins the Election, John Steenhuizen could become President of the Country. However I personally doubt that many people will trust him.

The reality of the situation is that South Africa got rid of Apartheid less than four decades ago and a lot of people may not be happy with a White Government.

During Apartheid a large number of people of color suffered, so while I personally believe the DA could win, I don’t know whether the South African People will accept it.

Julius Malema :

The EFF could also win the next election as they have a fair amount of loyal followers. If they do than Julius Malema will become the next President of South Africa.

While he has made a lot of controversial decisions in the past and said a lot of controversial things, he is at least passionate about some of the issues South Africa is facing.

In my Personal Opinion I think that more people will trust him than John Steenhuizen , However whether he will make a good president or not is up for debate.

Another Party :

There are a lot of political parties operating in South Africa and if they gain enough followers before the elections, they could be elected into power. However whether any of them do anything significant enough to gain power is yet to be seen.
