The African National Congress takes fight against R102 million election material bill to Supreme Court of Appeals. Ezulweni is demanding the payment from the African National Congress which unfortunately the party if denying.

It has been reported that Ezulweni has summoned the former African National Congress Secretary General Ace Magashule to provide more light regarding the issue between them and the R150 Million which the African National Congress owes them.

The former African National Congress Secretary General Ace Magashule confirms in the affidavit that the Deputy President of the Republic of South Africa and African National Congress Paul Mashatile and African National Congress Secretary General Fikile Mbalula knew about the services.
