A young woman in Chinhoyi, Zimbabwe, died in a tragic gas explosion while cooking for her boyfriend on Saturday, June 25, 2023. The woman, who has not been identified, was at her boyfriend’s house for a sleepover when the explosion occurred. She was reportedly cooking a meal when the gas tank suddenly ignited, engulfing her in flames.

The woman was rushed to the hospital, but she succumbed to her injuries. Her death has left her family and friends devastated. The cause of the explosion is still under investigation, but it is believed that a faulty gas tank may have been to blame. The incident has also raised concerns about the safety of gas appliances in Zimbabwe.

The woman was a 22-year-old college student who was studying to be a teacher. She was described by her friends and family as a kind and caring person who was always willing to help others.

The explosion occurred at around 10:00 PM on Saturday night. The woman’s boyfriend was also in the house at the time of the explosion, but he was not injured.

The police and fire department are still investigating the cause of the explosion. They have not released any further details at this time.

The death of this young woman is a reminder that we must all take safety seriously. By following these simple tips, we can help to prevent tragedies like this from happening.
