Operation Dudula has slammed the minister of home affairs, Dr Aaron Motsoaledi for extending the ZEP’s that were due to expire month end, with another 6 months. The ZEP permit allows its holders and their children temporary legal status to live, work and study in South Africa. They say South Africa’s youth remain unemployed and destitute. Some Zimbabwean lawyers are fighting to keep Zimbabweans in South Africa.

eMaNgadini. The Zulu Kingdom sent their representatives to come and listen to Mthwakazi nation’s plight. Mthwakazi people based in South Africa’s future is uncertain as they are facing the ZEP deadline.


 

Mthwakazi is a brand name of Zulus who left Transvaal for Rhodesia with their King Mzilikazi ka Mashobane running away from the Boers after they defeated them in a war. Mzilikazi was defeated because Boers were using guns. They were erroneous called Ndebeles by Europeans. They currently fighting to be indipendent from Zimbabwe and have their own country away from the majority of Shona speakers.
