According to Xolani, people dislike foreigners less for who they are than for what they contribute to our nation. He is correct because when foreigners arrive in South Africa without the necessary paperwork and struggle to find legitimate employment, narcotics are used to assist them survive.
One Twitter user posted that south African women think that fellow South African men are jealous of Nigerian guys because they have money and can afford a good life, whereas they are busy selling drugs and destroying our youth.
Then one lady made it her point to defend Nigerians by saying “Most of them compared to SA are rich, tall dark and handsome. We have ugly broke men in SA too” this caused a stir on social media with some claiming she has a long way to go in life.
