The application of former Doctor of arrest being unlawful has been dismissed with costs

The woman that abandoned her career of being a Doctor and got involved with a fugitive that ended getting her into trouble was appealing, and about her arrest being unlawful apperently today it has been reported to dismissed.

Dr Nandipha Magudumane got involved on the jailbreak plan of fugitive Bester Thabo, the Facebook rapist and murderer the application of Dr Nandipha Magudumane has been reported to be dismissed with costs. It appears that she will not see freedom for a very long time after she got arrested in Tanzania with her boyfriend Bester.



 

Nandipha Magudumane got involved on Thabo Bester Saga this woman helped the fugitive to escape from prison the jail break involved getting a Bester Thabo faking his own death in prison, and walked out apperently he walked wearing the uniform of the G4s workers. Natassaj was the one that opened the door for the fugitive and she received a R10 000 bail weeks against while the other male suspects remain in custody.

We have seen how the woman risking his own future and got involved with Bester Thabo bad news ”the application of Dr Nandipha Magudumane to declare her arrest unlawful has been dismissed with cost”.



 

Dr Nandipha must accept her fate and face her consciousness after helping Bester Thabo escaped from prison of Mangaung Correctional Service where he was locked up, now the woman is not getting bail and the bail application is getting postponed.

Rodney said ”Dr Nandipha Magudumane has committed huge crime on the involvement of getting Bester to escape from prison, Magudumane is in prison”.
