Golden Arrows winger Pule Mmodi is attracting interest from South African football giants Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates, according to recent reports. It is believed that Golden Arrows are now open to letting Mmodi go, leading to a potential battle between the two clubs for his signature.

An insider source revealed that Mmodi is unlikely to stay with Golden Arrows and is as good as gone. Although nothing has been finalized yet, Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates are the frontrunners to secure his services. Mmodi, however, is currently focused on his national team duties with Bafana Bafana, and once that is concluded, he will head to Bloemfontein for the off-season, by which time progress regarding his next move is expected.

Meanwhile, in other news, Swallows FC chairman David Mogashoa has expressed his willingness to re-sign struggling Kaizer Chiefs defender Njabulo Ngcobo. Ngcobo, who previously won the Defender of the Season award with Swallows, has struggled to find his form at Kaizer Chiefs since joining the club two seasons ago. Mogashoa’s offer to Ngcobo can be seen as a lifeline for the player, providing him with a chance to rejuvenate his career.

The potential transfer of Pule Mmodi to either Kaizer Chiefs or Orlando Pirates is generating significant attention within the South African football community. Fans of both clubs eagerly await any updates regarding the player’s future, while Golden Arrows face the task of replacing one of their key performers if he departs. As the situation unfolds, football enthusiasts will be keeping a close eye on the outcome of this intriguing transfer saga.
