Clever blacks are coming for Xolani Khumalo, the presenter of Sizok’thola. NGO’s and media coming for him and accusing him of breaking the law especially the The Protection of Personal Information Act (or POPI Act) is South Africa’s equivalent of the EU GDPR.
Some of his fans says don’t touch foreign nationals, they are the best thing to happen for SA. They are like last born of the family. They are so innocent.

Before the break, they always refuse to talk. They deny everything. After the break, they sing like a canary. What does he do to them during a break

Definitely, there is something done to these people because when he come back, there will sweating and struggling to talk. But according to the law, the police are not allowed to beat up or suffocate a suspect to get information.
It is illegal. Xolani Khumalo is not a police officer. To arrest someone in his house, a police officer, needs a warrant of arrest. He is employed by Moja Love to entertain views in exchange of a good salary.
