Dr Nandipha Magudumana, a South African doctor, has been accused of aiding Thabo Bester, a convicted rapist and killer, in escaping from prison.
Recently, she has demanded that the court declare her Tanzania arrest and “abduction” wrong and unlawful.
According to reports, Dr Magudumana has asked to be released from detention immediately and for all orders and warrants against her to be considered null and void.
