The Minister of Electricity in South Africa was surrounding himself with quality leadership who were respectively Silus Zimu, a veteran Electrical Engineer, with stints at Eskom, former CEO of City Power, and also private sector experience which shows a great start.
People believe that if this man holds on to such ideas, where he wants to learn from people who have been part and parcel of the place where he is now presiding over then he will be able to deal with most of the problems that are faced by South African state-owned enterprises.
This man seems to be a man who likes to learn, and believes that he can only succeed by making sure that he gets all the knowledge of the previous people who were involved in such activities as he is deployed to do.
South Africans have got great confidence in this man and believe that he will lead them very well and make sure that South Africa is great again.
