There are so many career paths in the world, one of the most important and life changing careers is being a teacher. Teacher not only change their lives, but they also change the lives of every student that they meet or teach. Teachers are the foundations that create doctors, Engineers, Accountants, Scientists, Lawyer and many other careers.

Just over a week ago, a young teacher named Motlogeleng Ignicias Mohlala sadly lost his life in the hands of three armed men.

According to the source, Mr Mohlala went all the way from Limpopo to Durban to contribute to the community of Hillgrove to teach Math and Physics.

The source shared that the young man leaves behind two very young children fatherless.

There are so many questions with no answers to his murder. It is alleged that learners and joined forces are to march against the senseless killings of educators.

Mr Mohlala was described as a kind hearted, had a bubbly laugh and a dedicated nature person according to the source.

South Africa as a country has a very high crime rate and the rate keeps getting higher with each year that passes by. It is just scary how a life of a human being has become something so meaningless to some, and could be easily ended.

The 28th January 2023,the day that a nightmare befell our school but even more so for his dear family who would soon learn of his passing….A diligent, intelligent & extra-ordinary person, Mr. Mohlala, lost his life on this day at the hands of 3 armed men… pic.twitter.com/OUXSL8foyq
