Former President Jacob Zuma’s daughter Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla found herself being criticized after she tried to make fun of President Cyril Ramaphosa. Duduzile tried to make fun of Ramaphosa’s new adjustment to his cabinet, but the President’s supporters were more than ready to defend him.
During his address, President Cyril Ramaphosa indicated that in order to deal with the ongoing power crisis he will have a Minister of Electricity in the Presidency. Duduzile rushed to social media and tried to make fun of the President’s suggestion.
“Big Nose has shown us that being educated doesn’t make you smart. Minister Of Electricity?” Duduzile said.
Her remark about what the President has said opened a flood of responses from people who lashed out at her. The response also backfired to his father, who is known to be a dropout. Some people were even surprised that she was watching because she is always despising the President.
They asked if she indeed watched the SONA. “Did you watch Dudu, had thought you would be busy recruiting for SANCO or at least your brother’s independent candidacy for 2024.” Sibo Mabuti said to Duduzile.
She was also reminded of how her predictions about Ramaphosa never happened. “One minute CR won’t be President, then next thing he won’t deliver SONA, then again he will be stepping aside. We can only imagine the level of confusion in that house. Anyway, please send regards to MaKhumalo, she seems to be the only one who was not a nuisance in that family.” Gopolang Peme told Duduzile.
Some people even told her of how she has at least learned something on only 2 hours rather than the 9 wasted years under her father’s leadership. What Zuma needs to learn from this, is that she won’t be allowed to troll the President without consequences.
