The ANC left people on awe as it calls for national shutdown

South Africa is currently in shambles. South Africans now spend 12 hours a day without electricity. People are not happy about this and they need it to be fixed as businesses close down and people lose their jobs.

The ANC has left people in awe today after having being captured on TV stating that they are now calling for a national shutdown because of loadshedding. This left many in awe. Bongani Bingwa reacted and said ” I predicted this. I hoped I was wrong and they would have some shame”.

People commented and said ” We have loadshedding pecisely because of ANC actions and policies, starting with Mbeki’s rejection of Eskom plans to build more power stations decades ago.

Add cadre deployment, corruption, state Gupture… it’s all ANC.

They should shut themselves down”.

“This is confusing. Who is the ANC really?

Who is to blame for the loadshedding?

Who wants to earn half salary in January by supporting the ANC shutdown?

Why can’t all ANC MP, Mayors, councillors and Eskom managers forfeit 50% of their salaries in January?”.

” Some ANC actions make it seem like they are the opposition 😂 they have direct access to the people responsible and can summon their ministers they’ve deployed to come explain.. or even vote them out in parliament from their positions. But I guess they have to play politics”.

” ANC calling for shutdown to whom? because they’re the ruling party. We’re in this mess because of their poor governance”.

The ANC has left many in shock as they believe that the ANC was the one that caused this mess and instead of protesting against it, they should be fixing the problem.

In my opinon, it is good that the ANC wants to protest against loadshedding and it should happen if only it is the branches that are protesting. They should protest to push Ramaphosa and the cabinet to do something about this before Eskom plunges the country into permanent loadshedding.
