Most of the times when things are not going well for someone and things keep gttting out of hand, people say “when it rains it pours” and that is exactly what is the story for current South African President Cyril Ramaphosa who has been facing a number of problems recently, with his position as the ANC’s leader under threat.
Ramaphosa has just had another case opened against him by fellow businessman Reuben Sekwele at the Booysens police station, the reason of the case being opened being that the president allegedly stole his intellectual property. The businessman claims that the president took a business plan which he had submitted as a bid to land a contract with the government.
It is alleged that the President then used the business plan in part of the national energy plan after the business plan was submitted somewhere around 2018.
“Yes it is true that I have opened a case for theft for my intellectual property against the president of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa and I am prepared for war because they will likely try to assassinate me through their journalists and commentators, but I am not afraid to fight for something that is mine, ” explained the businessman.
“I have opened the case for theft of my intellectual property against the president and I am prepared for the war because I know they unleash snipers, in a form of journalists and commentators to character assassinate me,” he said.
This will not do good for Ramaphosa’s name with the ANC elections just around the corner, also considering the fact that he still has the case regarding the Phalaphala farm robbery hanging on his back as people demand answers from him.
