Julius Malema, the EFF’s founding leader, was re-elected as President without opposition. Accepting the nomination, he confidently declared:
“My name is Julius Sello Malema, from ward 13 in Polokwane, a member of the EFF. I do accept the nomination.”
Godrich Gardee, another prominent figure within the party, similarly accepted his unopposed nomination for the position of Deputy President.
The unchallenged re-election of the EFF’s leadership underscores the party’s internal cohesion and support for its core leaders as they chart the way forward. The National People’s Assembly continues to serve as a platform for reinforcing the party’s vision and strategies for the years ahead.
