The start of the 2024/2025 season of the Premier Soccer League (PSL) is set for the delay due to the finalisation of the new sponsor.
The new season was scheduled to kick-off on August 17 and might now start two weeks later.
The PSL was in advanced talks to replace DStv as a title sponsor. According to Soccer Bullet, betting company Betway has bagged the lucrative deal beating rivals Hollywoodbets, who were also negotiating with the league.
