Pray Very Hard That I Don’t Receive Home Affairs Ministry, McKenzie Tells Illegal Foreigners

Patriotic Alliance president Gayton McKenzie issued a stern warning to illegal foreigners in South Africa via social media. In his post, McKenzie cautioned that if the Patriotic Alliance (PA) secures control of the Home Affairs Ministry, they would take immediate and aggressive action to deport those residing in the country unlawfully.

He stated, “You must pray very hard that PA doesn’t receive Home Affairs Ministry, we will chase you from day one till you are back home.” Emphasizing the party’s commitment to this cause, McKenzie added, “Ons speel nie, we know our mandate, we will clean Hillbrow, Sunnyside, Belville, Yeovil’s etc.”

This declaration highlights the PA’s stringent stance on illegal immigration and their determination to enforce immigration laws strictly if given the opportunity to lead the Home Affairs Ministry. McKenzie’s message underscores the party’s broader agenda to address illegal immigration issues and their perceived impact on various communities within South Africa.

The mention of specific areas like Hillbrow, Sunnyside, Bellville, and Yeoville reflects the party’s focus on regions they believe are significantly affected by illegal immigration. McKenzie’s comments have stirred significant debate, with supporters arguing that strict enforcement is necessary to uphold the rule of law, while critics warn that such an approach could lead to human rights violations and social unrest.

This strong rhetoric from the Patriotic Alliance leader comes at a time when immigration policy is a hot-button issue in South Africa, reflecting broader concerns about employment, crime, and social services. As political parties gear up for potential changes in ministerial appointments, the PA’s stance on illegal immigration is likely to remain a focal point of their campaign, drawing both support and controversy.

The public response to McKenzie’s statement is varied, with some praising his straightforward approach and others expressing concern over the potential for xenophobia and the harsh treatment of immigrants. The implications of such a policy, if implemented, would have a profound impact on the country’s immigration system and the lives of many individuals residing within its borders.

You must pray very hard that @OnsBaizaNie doesn’t receive Home Affairs Ministry, we will chase you from day one till you are back home. Ons speel nie, we know our mandate, we will clean Hillbrow, Sunnyside, Belville, Yeovil’s etc
