A wanted murder suspect has just been shot dead by KZN police in the Inanda area.
The SAPS’s eThekwini District Trio Tracking Team had been searching for him and his gang after the murders of two CPF members in the area about 24 hours earlier.
He allegedly opened fire on officers when they cornered him during the early hours of this morning.
A firearm – believed to be state-issued – was recovered from the suspect.
