Arthur Fraser, a former prison administrator, has renewed his attacks against President Cyril Ramaphosa by submitting new evidence indicating Ramaphosa’s involvement in misconduct.

Former director of intelligence Arthur Fraser provided copious evidence linking President Cyril Ramaphosa to corruption, fraud, kidnapping, and obstruction of justice, such as voice recordings, videos, photographs, and emails.

Some have argued that Cyril Ramaphosa will have a difficult time avoiding legal trouble if special legislation is not implemented to protect him from prosecution.

“Has the National Prosecuting Authority what it takes to regain its honour, or will it allow it to expire with Cyril Ramaphosa? Will the South African Judiciary Maintain Public Confidence and Rule Fairly Independently? “Much depends on the passage of time.”A social reform advocate argued.

What occurred was revealed in a statement issued by the Namibian police. On point 14, they publicly humiliated the South African Ministry of Justice by revealing that they had asked Ronald Lamola’s office if a criminal case had been opened in South Africa but received no response.

“In order to confirm whether or not crimes were recorded in South Africa, a preservation order and formal request were issued through the Ministry of Justice.

The preservation order was cancelled and the assets were released because South African authorities did not respond, Namibian authorities said in a statement.

This demonstrates that President Cyril Ramaphosa lied about a case being initiated when his money was stolen.

Carl Niehaus, a veteran member of the ANC, asserts that the inspector general of the Namibian force has revealed how state organs were utilised to conceal Cyril’s Scandal.

The Inspector General’s report regarding the Namibian police force is a ticking time bomb.

This is irrefutable proof that state apparatuses, resources, and personnel were utilised to advance the private agenda of Cyril Ramaphosa, also known as Phala Phala farmer.
