Nothando Ngcobo celebrates 2 years of playing her debut role of Hlelo in Uzalo.

Nothando Ngcobo is a South African actress whose popular known for her role as Hlelo on SABC1 soapie Uzalo. The gifted actress is taking soapville by storm. Her journey of performing arts manifests at a tender age. Nothando recently took time and went on social media to celebrate her life changing experience of becoming lead actress in South African biggest telenovela.

“I cannot believe that Hlelo has been on your screens for a little over 2 years now. The character, The growth. The journey has been absolutely amazing. To think that this is just the beginning of my career is mind blowing. I am currently living in one of my answered prayers and I hope that this inspires you to never give up on your dreams. God is good, All the time.” said Nothando Ngcobo.

Nothando Ngcobo’s character Hlelo firstly appeared on Uzalo as a young poor girl who saved Gabisile from the claws of death. As she continues to breathe life into the role, she always has Uzalo fans glued to their TV screens. The chance to grace our small screens did not come on a silver platter for the actress. Prior to landing a gig on Uzalo, she faces rejection. Auditioning for the character of Nontle on Generations: The Legacy, the actress is told she was not a good fit for the show.

 

Nothando continues to serve different stylish looks on social media, it has becomes normal for her fans to wonder who is the lucky guy she’s dating. Unfortunately, the actress keeps her love life under wraps and will forever keep masses confused.

It is without a doubt that her acting skills are bagging her a lot of sponsors and endorsement deals. She also takes Hosting gigs apart from acting. The actress is rumored to be earning more than R20 000 per month at Uzalo.
