Observes left shaken as Judge Ratha calls Malemokwane a liar during Senzo Meyiwa’s trials, See why

The murder trial of Senzo Meyiwa has been going on for nearly nine years, but there is finally some hope that justice may be served. This is due in large part to the comments made by Judge Ratha Mokgoatlheng during the cross-examination of state witness Zandile Khumalo. Khumalo, the sister of Meyiwa’s girlfriend Kelly Khumalo, testified that her then-boyfriend Longwe Thwala pushed one of the intruders before he fled the scene. However, Mokgoatlheng did not believe this version of events, stating that “no unarmed man would ever attack an armed man.”

This comment has been met with widespread support on social media, with many people believing that it shows that Mokgoatlheng is taking the case seriously and is not afraid to challenge the testimony of the witnesses. This is in stark contrast to the previous presiding judge, Tshifhiwa Maumela, who was suspended after allegations of bias.

With Mokgoatlheng now at the helm of the case, there is a renewed sense of hope that justice will finally be served for Senzo Meyiwa. His comments have shown that he is a fair and impartial judge who is not afraid to stand up for what he believes in. It is still too early to say whether Mokgoatlheng will find the accused guilty, but his comments have certainly given the public hope that the case will be decided fairly. After nearly nine years of waiting, the Meyiwa family and their supporters are finally starting to believe that justice may finally be within reach.

In addition to Mokgoatlheng’s comments, there have been other developments in the case that have raised hopes for a conviction. For example, the defense’s key witness, Muzikayise Malemokwane, has been accused of perjury. Malemokwane testified that he was present at the crime scene and saw the shooting, but his story has since been contradicted by other witnesses.

Advocate Baloyi for the state knows that the story of Longwe tackling the intruder is fabricated. Zandile Khumalo knows she's lying thought her teeth and it looks like Judge Mokgoatlheng is ready to write his judgement. #SenzoMeyiwaTrial#SenzoMeyiwa#JusticeForSenzoMeyiwa pic.twitter.com/GhNcX60WFI
