An Eskom project director has been captured for misrepresentation and pay off after he purportedly got a R25,000 pay off to grant a delicate. The suspect, who has not been named, was arrested by the Birds of prey on Thursday in Gauteng. The capture follows an examination by Eskom, which documented a report with the Birds of prey after it was claimed that the suspect had gotten the pay off from Luthando Designing. The designing firm was granted a one-year delicate to develop lights for Eskom last year.

As per the Falcons, the suspect supposedly gotten the pay off in two portions, R12,500 in October 2022 and R12,500 in November 2022. The pay off was paid in real money, and the suspect purportedly utilized the cash to purchase another vehicle. The suspect is having to deal with penalties of misrepresentation, defilement, and tax evasion. He is supposed to show up in court on Friday.

The capture of the Eskom project director is a huge improvement in the battle against defilement at the state-possessed power utility. Eskom has been tormented by defilement for quite a long time, and the capture of this suspect sends areas of strength for a that the people who participate in degenerate practices will be considered responsible. The Birds of prey have likewise said that they are examining different claims of defilement at Eskom.
