Njabulo Ngcobo will be 29 years old in July 2023. Ngcobo is a young AmaZulu Academy product who made his senior debut in 2016 before being loaned to Richards Bay. Njabulo joined the Moroka Swallows for the 2020–21 season, making 28 appearances.
Ngcobo signed a three-year contract with the Kaizer Chiefs on July 4, 2021. Ngcobo began his career as a midfielder for Flamingo FC in the uMzumbe SAFA Ugu Region before leaving for Amazulu Academy following matriculation.
On July 13, 2021, he made his debut for the South African national soccer team in a COSAFA Cup game against Lesotho.
