The African National Congress Secretary General Fikile Mbalula and commander in chief of the Economic Freedom Fighters Julius Sello Malema are both former African National Congress Youth League Presidents.
Apart from that, the two used to enjoy close friendship even though they have been on the different political parties.
But since the former minister of roads and transport Fikile Mbalula elected as the African National Congress Secretary General, him and The commander in chief of the Economic Freedom Fighters Julius Sello Malema seems to be fighting a lot.
Both of them cannot hold a media briefing and finish it without verbally attacking each other.
Today on the 14th of July 2023, the commander in chief Julius Sello Malema verbally attacked Fikile Mbalula, accusing him of using people.
” Mbalula uses people. Survival of Mbalula in politics is using people.”, says commander in chief of the Economic Freedom Fighters Julius Sello Malema.
Julius MALEMA further said that, “If he [Mbalula] loses his power now, he will come back to me like nothing happened. He will look for me wherever I am and want to continue business as usual. ”
