Senzo Meyiwa’s long-time friend Mthokozisi Twala who was one of the occupants inside the home of his celebrity girlfriend Kelly Khumalo when he was shot and killed on 26 October 2014 is living his best life almost 9 years after his passing.
Mthokozisi Twala, was among the attendees at Africa’s largest horse racing and extraordinary fashion event, the HollywoodBets Durban July 2023, which was held at the Greyville Racecourse on Saturday.

On Monday, Senzo Meyiwa’s long-time friend Mthokozisi Twala who testified at the Pretoria High Court where five men are accused of the tragic death of the slain Orlando Pirates goalkeeper took to his Instagram account where he shared a photo where he had attended the HollywoodBets Durban July 2023 this past weekend.
From the shared photo on the popular platform, Mthokozisi Twala who keep up with the latest trends in fashion was captured dressed in a black tailored suit and he had also wore a colourful shirt to complete his attire during this year’s event which had the “Out of this World” theme.

According to his player profile on German website 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘵, “Nzori” as he was affectionately known as had made 137 appearances in the colours of Orlando Pirates and he had kept 52 clean sheets and conceded 111 goals.
