People of South Africa have and are still keeping close tabs to anything that has to do with the Thabo Bester escape sage, they want to make sure that they get the fresh news immediately after they are made available to the public by any possible way, we all keep our eyes and ears open widely whenever we hear the name of the man who may have set a record of the greatest prison break in the history of the country, he allegedly faked his death after a body of Katlego Bereng was found burnt to ashes inside his burnt cell at the Mangaung Correctional Centre in May 2022.

Bester was arrested after he turned into a fugitive when he realized that the authorities have noticed that it was actually not his body which was found at the cell, he skipped the country and the Minister of Justice Ronald Lamola announced that they will do everything in their power to bring him back to book, he was later arrested in Tanzania together with his partner and lover Dr Nandipha Magudumana who has now written an affidavit claiming that her arrest and extradition were unlawful, she demands to be released with immediate effect, however, the matter will be heard on Thursday the 25th of May 2023.

Now that Dr Nandipha is demanding an immediate release from prison, she knows exactly that she has claimed the body unlawfully, she actually stole the body of Bereng which was later burnt, that simply means she still have other crimes to answer to, she literally played a huge role in assisting her lover to escape from prison, therefor, she may win the fact that she was wrongfully and unlawfully arrested, but the minute she steps out of court, she will still get arrested for the other crimes she is charged with, basically her claims are just a waste of time and the State’s resources, she should just let the law take its course and admit that he whole life could be spent in jail.
