“The ANC wants to control me” – King Misuzulu KaZwelithini cries foul and slams KZN Premier

King Misuzulu KaZwelithini has finally come out attack the KZN Premier’s office. According to the Monarch, the ANC is exerting too much control over him and he feels that the level of control is so high that it could soon extend to his personal life, even to the point of dictating when he should have another child.

To sure how uncomfortable he is about the situation, the monarch added that the ANC’s control has left him feeling like a puppet, unable to act independently or make his own decisions. As it stands, the king is frustrated by this situation and believes that it is unfair for the Premier’s Office to have so much influence over him. Meanwhile, South Africans on social media believes the king is getting everything he deserves.

Despite his frustration, it is not uncommon for governments to exert control or power over monarchies. This type of arrangement exists in other parts of the world, including the British Monarchy. As the saying goes, “he who pays the piper calls the tune”. However, this does not mean that the king has no right to be concerned about the level of control being exerted over him. He is entitled to a certain level of autonomy and independence, even as a member of a royal family. But this King has clearly sold the throne to the ANC.

According to some South African on Twitter, King Misuzulu brought this to himself when he started worshiping phalaphala, saying that he is god sent. He sold his rights to Cyril Ramaphosa for a good salary and other benefits that comes with being a member of the ruling party, but now he wants to break out after dining with the devil. Check out some of their comments below;

NEWS: King Misuzulu KaZwelithini says the way the KZN Premier’s Office (through the King’s Office) is controlling him, it would soon venture into his bedroom affairs and tell him when to make another royal baby. He also said the office’s control has rendered him a puppet. @IOL

Mzansi, what are your thoughts concerning this development? Do you think King Misuzulu KaZwelithini is ready to break free from Cyril Ramaphosa’s grip or is this just a stunt to gain public sympathy?
