The Royal AM manager Shauwn Mkhize, her son, the club’s manager and player Andile Mpisane, and a security guard who was working the match between AmaZulu FC and Royal AM at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban have been accused of beating up the security guard.
This incident is said to have occurred when the mother and son team allegedly tried to barge into the VIP suites. Nkosinathi Mbanjwa, a stern security guard, informed them he would not let them in because they lacked credentials for the VIP area, which was just for high-profile individuals and celebrities, and they lacked admittance tickets.
The bouncer, who is 41 years old, claims that MaMkhize and her son attacked him without warning and caused him to tumble to the ground.
Mbanjwa claims that after he asked for accreditation, Andile and his mother, along with other Royal AM members, shoved him, attacked him, and insulted him. He says, “I was attacked for performing my job. “Andile and his mother threatened to have me jailed if I didn’t know who they were. Many were afraid to step in since MaMkhize is well-known, so they refrained from assaulting me.
