Finally | Nandos replied the lady who was fired because she refused to sleep with her boss. See what they said

Fraternization occurs when two people employed by the same company interact socially outside of work and at employer functions. Now fraternisation is legal depending on the police of your workplace, but it’s wrong when those in higher rankings abuse their power, and tries to lure their subordinates to sleep with them and promise them promotions in return.

A few days ago, a young lady called Phoebe Monene left many people in shock after she went to her manager at Nandos, and he expelled her just because she refused to sleep with him.

However, this caused quite a stir as many people were shocked about the hypocrisy of that manager, and they went on to urge NandosSA to get involved. However it seems like Nandos listened and ran their own investigations.

NandosSA went to comment on Phoebe’s post and assured her that they have suspended the Groblersdal manager with immediate effect after they ran a preliminary investigation of their own, and they are still waiting for more pending results.

Now, this left many people as they claim that Nandos have joined the feminists because they Have suspended the poor guy, without concrete proof on whether the allegations are true or no. However some people appeared to be satisfied with their decision and went to applaud them.

“Should’ve @NandosSA not acted urgently on the matter, people would be talking. People will always talk. There was a preliminary investigation, upon which the investigation decision was taken to suspend the perpetrator. That’s all companies do. Suspension is not Dismissal,” says a tweep.

“Same day preliminary investigations and suspension?? Sounds like @NandosSA has joined the “I believe her” bandwagon,” he added.

What’s your view about this matter? Don’t forget to leave your thoughts in the comment section.
