“I lost my job at Nandos, Groblersdal mall because I refused to sleep with my manager.”

In a country like South Africa were unemployment rates are high having to lose your job has to be devastating especially in this January. A lady recently shared that she lost her Job at her place of work but the reason for that left many people talking. She posted on Twitter and said “I lost my job because I refused to sleep with my patrao(manager). @NandosSA @Groblersdal mall.”

People commented under her post and had a lot of things to say. While some found it hard to believe this was the full story others empathized with her.

Someone commented and said “If you have proof of what you’re alleging, try and go to the CCMA and lodge a complaint of unfair dismissal.” Another person commented and said “You lost a job but gained your life, respect and dignity. Those are valuable attributes than a job of hell. Keep your head up.” See the other comments people left under the post down below.
