The minister of the South African police services in South Africa, general Bheki Cele, has commenced with the mission to campaign and win over the hearts of South Africans. Elections are sending every leader on the ground, and this was anticipated, more especially that the elections are coming.
The nature of every political party is to disappear and show up when the votes are about to take place. Bheki Cele is following in the footsteps of Ramaphosa and the likes of Fikile Mbalula. Bheki Cele did not have a great campaigning day, as the worst happened to him.
Unfortunately he was alone as the leader of the ANC, and had to suffer alone in front of cameras. The worst case scenario is that he was attacked by the words of an old woman, who was frustrated and expressing her feelings.
ANC is calculative. It is spreading its ministers and MEC across South Africa to conduct campaigns. Desperation measures are starting to kick in. ANC realizes its mess, of failing the citizens all these years. It might be too late to make things right, as citizens are aware of the empty promises the party has for its supporters. Bheki Cele was well matched as he tried to outsmart the residents of KZN with sweet talks, to vote for the ANC again.
In this video an angry and aggressive old woman attacked Bheki Cele and the ANC as a whole. She was complaining about empty promises and lack of service delivery. One of the major things this old lady is complaining about is lack of water and the use of their own money to connect electricity.
“VIDEO: A brave resident of Mahlabathini in Greytown telling ANC NEC member, Bheki Cele, that the time of empty promises during election campaigns is over. Ntombibomvu Buthelezi said many unkept promises were to them in the past and they now want tangible results.”
