Gauteng police have confirmed that a formal case of rape has been opened against two well-known radio personalities. Just in case you didn’t get to read our previous articles, don’t worry we got your back. This is what happened during the course of this week….
A young lady who goes by the handle name @Nampree took everyone by surprise when she publicly accused the two DJs of drugging and raping her with her three friends. The young lady took to Twitter to detail an encounter she had with both the DJs.
The lady revealed that she was drugged by the two stars along her three side though she wasn’t certain if both of them slept with her that night, however, she’s sure that one of them definitely had sexual intercourse with her which she didn’t consent to.
The youngster detailing the events wrote: “DJ Fresh and Euphonik will you ever acknowledge drunking me & further raping me?” she asked in Tweet before revealing she had to take anxiety medication in order to actually write the tweet as she went on to tag them.
“I was completed drugged, I don’t whether you BOTH raped me or 1 of you did & you later laughed about it the next morning saying we (me & 3 girls) were so drunk we kept blacking out but nasidlwengula…”
However, DJ Fresh denied the allegations and called her a stranger. Moving forward… In an interview with TshisaLIVE, the woman, who requested her name not be published, confirmed she had opened a case of rape at Sunnyside police station on January 13. She said the alleged rape occurred in 2011 at a chillas (small party) she attended with a friend, who was apparently invited by one of the DJs.
At the time, she was a second-year student at the University of Pretoria, where she was studying towards a Bachelor of commerce qualification. “First, I want to make it clear I was not some kind of stocko or whatsoever people call girls organised to entertain the DJs. I was simply accompanying a friend to a chillas, and that’s where the whole thing happened,” the woman said.
