Black Twitter has weighed in on her shocking tweet.
Masechaba Ndlovu has landed herself in hot water with Black Twitter today after she tweeted that the death toll of coronavirus in the country has risen to 119. The newly appointed Spokesperson for the Department of Sports, Arts and Culture found herself trending on Twitter, with many even questioning her appointment to the top position.
Some tweeps dragged her and said she is already thinking about death, while the country is still deer in the headlights about the virus, which continues to wreak havoc in the country.
Masechaba apologised for the error she made, even though some Twitter users were left furious, some took it very lightly and laughed about it, saying she probably had amnesia or a bad start at her new workplace.
It can get too tiring sometimes when you start working in a different and busy place right and those figures can be problematic right?
To clarify, "the number of people infected with #CoronaVirusSA now stands at 116". Thank you Twitter family. Let's continue to take the necessary measures to curb the spread of this Virus. My apologies for giving you a fright.

It makes sense that Masechaba is rushing to deaths. Her boss specializes in tweeting condolences on this platform.

What if Masechaba is sharing something that the president and his cabinet are not sharing with us. What if there is some truth to this 😏 https://t.co/icYpcfiMvy
