Maritzburg United have shared the shocking news that goalkeeper coach Arthur Bartman has passed on.
The team of Choice posted on their social media ” The club has learnt with sadness of the passing of former goalkeeper coach, Arthur Bartman.

The 46-year-old passed away on Tuesday. He made his PSL debut in 1998/99 for African Wanderers. He played for Kaizer Chiefs in 1999/2000 and went back to Amakhosi in 2009. The left footed shot stopper then moved to Golden Arrows and Maritzburg before retiring in 2013/14 season.
Bartman was part of the Chiefs team that won back-to-back Telkom Knockout titles in 2009 and 2010 season.
He also played for Bush Bucks, Dynamos, Moroka Swallows, Supersport United and Bay United.
