Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed the signing of free agent Lebogang Manyama after the attacker was recently released by Turkish side Konyaspor.
The 27-year-old midfielder earned a move to Turkey in 2017 on the back of an outstanding campaign with Cape Town City, which saw him scoop numerous accolades, including Absa Premiership Footballer of the Season.
However, Manyama failed to establish himself at the Konya Buyuksehir Stadium and was expected to leave the Turkish Super Lig outfit after making just 10 first-team appearances.
Maimane Phiri confirmed that his client was since released by the Anatolian Eagles with the Bafana Bafana international’s now making a move to the Soweto giants.
